职位描述：
1. Responsible for the development and implementation of multifunctional co extruded films, functional food packaging films, recyclable polymer films, and other projects for the company's food packaging new materials project;
2. Responsible for conducting research and development on raw materials, technology, market, equipment, and other aspects related to the project, completing the company's required research and development tasks, and reporting the team's research and development progress on time;
3. Responsible for the preparation and revision of technical documents such as patents and project applications related to functional film projects;
4. Responsible for the design and development of new products, as well as the review of relevant technical documentation, providing technical support for product mass production;
5. Responsible for completing other tasks assigned by superiors.
任职要求：
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with more than 5 years of research and development experience in the field of polymer films, preferably with experience in co extruded films, food packaging, etc;
2. Having good project management experience and experience in managing large-scale projects;
3. Familiar with raw materials such as PE, EVOH, PVDC, PA, PP, Surlyn, etc.
